General worker - Dishwash
Mission
Summary:
This individual works in the Dishwash department performing a variety of possible tasks that involve receiving, sorting and cleaning of used equipment from our customer (SAS).
I addition you are responsible to ensure the correct flow of equipment to the rest of the house, meeting the criteria of HACCP and maintenance of the washing equipment.
Essential functions:
· Receiving of used equipment in collaboration with Pick&Pack
· Organising the used equipment in relation to the need of the operation
· Emptying the trollies with the used equipment
· Emptying used equipment (bowls, coffeepots, dishes etc.) and put them in the washer ensuring that quality standards (temperature of washing, cleanliness met.
· Meet the criteria of HACCP
· Prepare cutlery for flights
· Clean own area and machinery
Education/experience requirements:
· No experience required, but any experience in fast-paced environments is helpful.
Qualifications:
· Must be comfortable working in a damp environment – occasionally.
· Ability to read and follow specifications and instructions in English
· Ability to work quickly and safely
· Ability to show flexibility in working in various areas of the department
· Ability to know how one's performance affects the areas before and after you
· Ability to read and speak to understand instructions from supervisors and co-workers.
· Speak Danish or English
· Be a Danish or Swedish residence (mandatory).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to occasionally damp environment environment. The individual is required to stand or walk for the entire shift (there are breaks however).
Working hours and others:
This is a full-time position, but the specific weekly working hours depend on the shift. You will have to work weekends. You must have permission to work in Denmark and be able to complete a security check, which among other things, require that you submit your criminal record.
We are located in Dragør, next to Copenhagen Airport.
