Reporting to the Unit Manager, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to drive and further develop our supply chain processes, including our warehouse. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an effective operation of our supply chain, including the warehouse
  • Review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
  • Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining their cost-effective practices
  • Analysing supply chain data and solving issues or putting alternative plans into practice
  • Managing inventory, packing and distribution
  • Developing safety guidelines, teaching and enforcing the protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure an that the necessary goods are available in the correct quality, quantity and on time.
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and well organized warehouse and ensure that all H&S policies and procedures are maintained
  • Lead and manage the employees in Supply Chain, including Warehouse
  • Ensure that effective inventories are carried out on a regulary basis
  • Ensure an effective scheduling of the resources in the area of responsibility
  • Followup on KPI's reactively and pro-reactively

The Supply Chain Manager is expected to be at work every third weekend and to particate in various operational tasks from time to time.

The ideal candidate represents the following comptencies:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position - ideally from the catering business
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player and a curious mindset of how to improve processes
  • Able to juggle multible balls at a time
  • Able to communicate in English and Danish
  • Have an eye for details.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of changes
  • If you have experience with HCAAP is an advantage.
  • MS Office on user level
