We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to make an impact that matters by designing and implementing an overall risk management process for FSC, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on FSC’s business when risks occur.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the world's longest immersed tunnel, with a budget of DKK 55.1 billion.
About the project, FSC and the Team
With this job you have an exciting opportunity to join the project building the world's longest immersed tunnel. Fehmarnbelt Link will, by 2029, connect Denmark and Germany and thus bring Central Europe and Scandinavia closer.
We at FEMERN SICE COBRA is the FEMERN SYSTEMS CONTRACTOR consortium, composed of the two Spanish companies SICE & COBRA. We have been entrusted with the implementation of the TEM contract, which is the contract behind the important task of equipping the tunnel with advanced Electrical and Mechanical equipment and technology.
As an FSC Employee you will be part of a team striving to ensure the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link becomes a success.

How you will make a difference in FSC
As FSC’s Risk Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end RISK management at the Fehmarn link project at a tactical and strategic level. Being the focal point for FSC’s risk management issues, ensuring that risk, governance, tools, and processes are understood and being carried out.
Your expertise in risk management will come into play in a variety of tasks and support the organization at all levels.
We imagine that you:
- Take ownership for establishing a Risk Database and continuously maintaining it
- Participate in different internal meetings where business activities are analyzed for the purpose of early identification of risks and implementation of the appropriate processes for their management and mitigation
- Continuously monitor through KPI’s and other procedures of the progress of risks, their materialization to alert of situations of undesired exposure and working with risk owners for their correction

You possess a can-do attitude and take responsibility for tasks until completion while inspiring and motivating others. You are ambitious, motivated by collaboration with diverse colleagues and can apply analytical and critical thinking while easily adapting to change.
To be considered we prefer you to have these experiences:
- 10 years post graduate experience in managing project risks to cost and schedule
- Demonstrate experience of large-scale construction and / or infrastructure
- Demonstrate experience of project management
