You will join our division Industry & Buildings

As our new Junior Building Engineer, you will join a diverse team of experts within different disciplines. In our division, Industry & Buildings, we work with a range of clients, focusing specifically on the industrial segment. We provide consultancy in all project stages, from the initial planning and design to the construction and commissioning of the facilities.

More specifically, you will join our Aquaculture team that is part of our international team of specialists and project managers working with medium to large Aquaculture facilities, such as land-based fish farming facilities, site infrastructure, process systems, buildings, and related auxiliary installations. In close collaboration with our environmental, business development, water, wastewater, and power colleagues, we drive complex integration projects, supporting our clients focusing on design integration of mechanical and processing plants in related buildings creating a complete Aquaculture facility.

As our new Junior Building Engineer, you will assist in Aquaculture projects locally and globally, including everything from marketing to preparing offers and coordinating different disciplines teams in the design integration process of plants into buildings.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support business development activities from identification of opportunities to preparing proposals and making presentations to clients
  • Assist management, coordinating planning, design, financial and legal matters  
  • Monitoring project production for compliance, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Be part of multidiscipline teams in a matrix organisation.

  • Experiences with integration of complete large water projects in building is a must
  • Min. 2 years’ experiences within plants/buildings integration
  • Relevant educational background
  • Knowledge and design experiences of HVAC, MEP, and Alternative energy sources  
  • Experiences with projects on EPC or EPCM terms is an advantage
  • Solid communications skills in English, written and spoken.
