We are on the outlook for a person who, for a period of at least 6 months can assist us with updating our ERP system with the latest information about our products.
We are a global catering company, represented in more than 54 countries with 36000 colleagues providing catering services to the airline companies, so this position represents a unique opportunity to join an international environment and, at the same time being close to the business. We are new established in Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) where we are providing catering services to SAS and we are in the market for a candidate who, based next to the airport in Copenhagen, will join our small, but dynamique Commercial team in taking our ERP system to the next level.
Your tasks will include (but not conclusive):
- building data sheets in our own ERP system (Winrest) in corporation with colleagues in our culinary department
- ensuring data accuracy together with Culinary
- checking and validating current data sheets
You will have the opportunity to work with many different stakeholders and the tasks will vary between collecting data/information from the business and to registering it into the system. Since we are newly established in Scandinavia, there will be lots of opportunities to affect how we are going things.
Your qualifications:
We are open towards your educational background, but you must:
- Be excellent with IT, including in particular Excel and preferably also other IT systems like ERP.
- Have a structured approach to solving your tasks.
- Be able to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Have a sense of urgency, discipline, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring experience from a Culinary setting with you. This is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Be a quick learner and a strong communicator.
- Be a team player.
- Proficient in English verbally and in writing is a must.
Since we are delivering catering to the airlines in the airport, we are submitted to enhanced security procedures, which means that you have to be able to pass an extended security clearance. This is mandatory. Also, you’ll have to live in Sweden or Denmark and have a Danish social security number to work for us.

The position is a 6-month temporary assignment, but for the right person it could be converted into a permanent position.
Our Commercial Team consists of three people in Denmark with an informal and ‘young’ atmosphere. We like to meet outside working hours from time to time and are interested in getting to know each other as more than only colleagues.
